This program will highlight how AMG’s pioneering imagery helped shape the visibility and growth of the spanking kink, bridging underground fantasy with wider queer expression. The evening will feature a lively slide presentation incorporating rare photographs and seldom-seen film clips from Mizer’s archive, providing audiences with a unique lens on how visual culture documented and legitimized spanking practices within gay male communities.

Justin, co-author of Bad Lads, Strict Sirs, and the World of Adult Male Spanking, brings both scholarly expertise and lived community experience, drawing from his extensive research and teaching within the kink world.

Admission is free for members and $10 for non-members. Join us at the Bob Mizer Museum, 920 Larkin Street, San Francisco, for this rare opportunity to connect history, sexuality, and culture.
