OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

For 50 years, Trent Dunphy and Bob Mainardi owned and operated the legendary shop, The Magazine.

Located at 920 Larkin Street in San Francisco, in what is now the Bob Mizer Foundation, The Magazine sold mainstream periodicals along with more salacious gay and straight publications.

Join us for an evening of stories and remembrances from bygone eras when magazines ruled the cultural landscape and gay porn were sold in back rooms and wrapped in brown paper bags.
